It's not implemented in MPExtended at the moment, but it shouldn't be too hard. I think we've actually planned it for 0.6. Meanwhile, if you've some development experience you can implement it yourself (it shouldn't be too hard), or you can create the playlist file manually. If you download the playlist file for a few channels, concatenate them together and make the continuationId parameter the same for each link (doesn't matter which value), I think it should work out-of-the-box.</blockquote>
