Updated skinfiles for TV Gemist 2.0 and Monochrome/Indigo (1 Viewer)

I added/edited the TV Gemist xml and image files for the new 2.0 version of this plugin (https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/plugins-47/uitzendinggemist-nl-plugin-v2-18930/) which has been added with another dutch broadcaster...

It can probably be done much nicer but hey for now it works

Just copy the xml files to the skin folder and the image files to the media folder in the skin folder itself.

I didn't like the black borders so i started photoshop and created the sbs-gemist also with a blue border on hoover.
