This file updates the svt_se grabber. The old version included with MediaPortal doesn't work anymore which is why I think it's safe to commit this new file to MediaPortal 1.3.0 
This new grabber also have category support - thanks to @Emil
One advantage over the Dagenstv_com grabber is that SVT marks HD programs. One disadvantage is that there's no end times for some channels making the last program of the day several hours long. You may use Dagenstv_com for those channels instead.
