Updated tuning details for Norwegian terrestrial provider RiksTV (1 Viewer)

The official terrestrial broadcaster in Norway (RiksTV) has changed their frequency layout from 3 MUXs to 5 MUXs pr transmitter. I have updated the tuning details for my local transmitter station. Please find an attached updated xml file.
