Hi,

Attached is the updated tuning parameter file for Elisa's cable TV network in Helsinki region. There are currently two versions of the same file distributed with MP1.6:

• Finland.Järvenpää-Elisa.xml
• Finland.PKjaRmäki-Elisa.xml

I followed Elisa's naming convention, and propose that you remove the previously mentioned files.
