Updating to RC2 (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal Version: RC1
MediaPortal Skin: AEON wide
Windows Version: vista SP1

Hello,

I am using mediaportal RC1 for a while now and I'm verry happy with it. However I now want to update to RC2, but i don't know how to do this here are my questions:
- Is there a way to just update so I keep all of my settings.
- If not how can I backup the settings of my movie's and tv channels.

If this question is already asked I'm :sorry: (I couldn't find the answer)
