Upgrade from 1.0 RC3 to 1.0.1 ? (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

hoping that 1.0.1 will be ready soon I am wondering what would be the best way to upgrade without loosing all my settings, tv channels, movie database and so on (note: I am still on 1.0 RC3)

Any help appreciated.
