Upgrade to 1.2.3 wiped out all my settings (1 Viewer)

Hey folks,

Just thought I would do an upgrade from 1.2.2 to 1.2.3. The installation completed but it seems to have helpfully removed all my settings and presented me with a completely blank new version of MediaPortal - not quite what I was after.

Any ideas how to restore my settings?
