Use software on a dvb-t running mobile phone (1 Viewer)

I have got a general question about this software.

I use a modern mobile phone with dvb-t, so far everything workes but by now the software does not work anymore. It's a chineese phone ad so I would like to use an easy working free software like yours.

How can I handle the softwar on my phone?
What do I have to install?
Is it possible?

MediaPortal is a Windows application, it will not and cannot be installed on a mobile phone.

Looking at that phone, I doubt any software can be installed on it by the user.
