Since installing RC2, I've been having persistent and very repeatable problems with my TBS 8920 DVB-S tuner freezing (loss of EPG content, 'no signal' messages ...) once my Hauppauge Nova-T DVB-T tuner is accessed either by live play or scheduled recording. The DVB-S tuner can be unlocked and its EPG content restored by stopping and restarting the MediaPortal TV-Server.

I'm very new to MediaPortal so can't comment on whether this bug is present in earlier releases and, indeed, it's very possible I've missed some essential bit of configuration. However, this particular hardware combination does function as expected with MS Media Center and DVBdream under Windows and with MythTV under Linux.

Aside from the above, this new release is proving most impressive. Can't wait for it to go gold!

    Hi,

I can confirm the same happening with my setup.
When the wife is watching DVB-S2, I can watch any channel on DVB-S2 or DVB-S (on laptop).
But when I switch to DVB-T, the DVB-S2 freezes.
When I stop watching on laptop, and DVB-S2 is stopped (loose your timeshift buffer) you can watch DVB-S2 again.

    DVB-S2 card is TBS6981
DVB-T is USB cheapass ebay stuff.
