[fixed] Very minor / Picture : Slideshow time can be set under 0 (1 Viewer)

I think the title says everyting : the slideshow time in "Settings/Player/Picture Player" can be set under 0.

No hang, just nothing happening and a message in the log "value must be not negative and and lower or equal to Int32.MaxValue" (translated from french, so maybe be not 100% the exact translation).

I must add: can be set greater than Int32, but I assume wou'll check both min and max values.

Morph, I have set your lower bound to 0, that will disable the slide show.
