Very strange bug with latest SVN (1 Viewer)

I just did a clean update of my TV series and TV Series Database (erase and rescan).
Used latest MyTVSeries + SVN. al works (shows are added) but only for episode 7 and up (of every series) are tumbnails and episode info added!

So it is like this:

Band Of Brothers
ep 1-6 have no thumbnail and no episode tekst...
ep 7-11 DO have thumbnail and episode info...

Lost
Season 1 ep 1-6 have no info/tumbnails
Season 1 ep 7-24 have all info and tumbnails.....

Very strange.... It works but just not for all episodes....
anybody got an idea what it could be?

I know there is an issue with large databases (7000-9000 episodes plus) which makes the plugin display thumb nails etc intermittently but the episode text still shows fine.

I have the same problem. Only some of my episodes have thumbs/text (most don't). I've tried leaving my HTPC on for over 24 hours but I never seem to get any of the missing data. This seems to happen regardless of how I add episodes, whether in batches or one-by-one.

I've tried removing a series and readding and I've tried rebuilding my entire database, but with the same result.

I tested the same thing (3x scan in different ways, same result...)

This seems to be a bigger problem for others too...

Just tested band of brothers, works fine for me. I'm unable to reproduce so the least I'll need is a log to look into it. ALWAYS attach a log, its just cumbersome explaining to people I don't have physic abilities.

Right, sorry. I've attached two logs: one is from an initial (clean, from-scratch) import and the second is from adding some episodes of a series from within MediaPortal. At this point all I have is series banners, season banners, and episode titles. No episodes of any series have plot descriptions, thumbs, air dates, etc.

Here are my Logs, I did a small scan of just 7 series, no point in scanning al 32 right???

I have the same, only banners/episode title...
NO episode descripions or thumbnails.

Everything else works, all are parsed, Icons work and season are found correctly.....
Just no episode info.... ;-(

So, for some reason you guys are receiving malformed xml back from thetvdb. I just tested the exact same request and it works fine for me, so two possibilities really:

1) it was a temporal glitch with the online db (maybe they were getting hammered, I don't know) - kinda unlikely especially since you're able to reproduce this behaviour many times.

2) something specific about your setup causes this.....unfortunatly I have no idea. Any special language settings in windows I should know about?

I don't really know what to do about it, I'm hoping it was just a glitch in the online db.

Edit: ThaClown you seem to get a diff. problem in the return stream than Aridyme.
"hexadecimal value 0x03, is an invalid character." vs. "The 'Overview' start tag on line 2744 does not match the end tag of 'Item'."

The hexadecimal error I can reproduce (even in the browser, so it is an onlinedb glitch).
