Video card Troubles (1 Viewer)

Hi, I don't know if I'm posting in the right place and realize this might not have anything to do with Media Portal but here's my trouble that I'm hoping someone can offer some insight . I have installed Vista home premium 32 bit on the system listed below. And I have been haveing trouble with video playback and the driver crashing. When watching typical divx files (that play fine on other machines) the video radomly stutters then catches back up to the audio some times the I get a black screen and have to exit MediaPortal by pressing the power button on the remote. It then gives me an error that my video card stopped working and restarted. Sometimes it says "nvlddmkm stopped responding". I've tried different codecs ie CCP, SAF. Same problem. I tried watching it directly in VLC and got the same issue. These files play fine in VLC on other machines. I've done a mem test and received no errors. I am at the end of my rope. I'm running out of ideas. I can't live without my Media Portal. Any suggestions of what I can do next?

The errors you are seeing all relate too driver, if nothing else, remove the driver you have and install any cd supplied one, use something like Driver Sweeper to make sure all references are remove prior to installing.

Last resort, remove physically and reinstall graphics card, may not be 100% seated correctly.
