Video Delay - First time (1 Viewer)

Hi everybody,
i got a strange issue when using MP 1.0.2 and different versions (I tried 1.1 with no gains, so I downgrade). When opening a video file (avi, divx) in standard definition for THE FIRST TIME aafter opening MP it delays about 30-40 secs. to start. Following times don't suffer any delays.
I tried lots of video codec (CoreAvc, Arcsoft, Gabest, PowerDVD8, and now MPC-HD) but noghing change; when i try to open a file directly from MPC-HD it starts fluently in a second.

Any suggestions?
