Think this is right forum for my problem. I have a hd5770 card and use it with mpc hc x64 and have serious problems with lagging or tearing I think it is. It is like the picture jump every 4-5 secound. This is for both mkv and avi files.
My screen is a samsung 46" led 100hz. Have tried about everything, every player and codecs there is. And sometime it is fine but then again when I change to another file there is the problem again. So finally the player I'm stuck with is mpc hc x64 who still have the problem but is the best of all I tried.
Is this a screen problem or hardware problem, or maybe a software problem?
I'm running 1920x1080 resolution @ 50hz but my screen also support 60hz but found the best result with 50hz.
I have been strugling with this since I upgraded my htpc in august last year and soon I give up. The old worked totaly fine
