I've just built a new HTPC using a Gigabyte 780 Motherboard and AMD 5050e CPU (clean install XP Pro SP3). I used the same codecs as my other system (above) but noticed a slight video stutter on mkv files every 6 or 7 seconds. Avi files are OK.</p><p></p><p>To test the new version of MP I removed the primary HDD from my original system and fitted a new 1TB drive. Installed MP 1.0.2 and codecs as per suggestions on SAF tutorial and tried the same mkv file. Stuttering still present.</p><p></p><p>Created a disk image of my original C: & MP 0.2.2.0 and reimaged to the new 1TB HDD. Mkv playback OK. Updated codecs, ATI drivers etc, still played OK.
