VMR 9 works, but EVR gives black screen in vista (2 Viewers)

Update : With EVR activated I'm getting the already known flickering problem in the MP Menu. Picture is stable but the flickering is not yet resolved and reported as a bug.

Similar problem here running XP: Using Catalyst 8.9 i get the flickering with VMR9. With EVR it is gone.
