VMR9 Handler outdated !! (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I had the same problem.
TV Server: RC3 (located on different PC)
MP: RC4
Skin - Blue3

Totaly clean XP SP2 installation, DirectX with latest Nov2008 upgrades, WMP11 installed...

But then i carefully read MP requirements: XP SP3 !!!!!
After installing SP3 - all Fine !

Sorry also installed the microsoft hot fix for the VMR9 issue before I reinstalled MP etc

Where do I find this hotfix?

I know about the SP3 req, but I really need to get rid of this VMR9 error without installing SP3
