[Videos] VMR9 video playback screws up some texts (1 Viewer)

After some days of use, it seems that even tough the RGB output helps, there are times where the judder is there.
As I noticed a long time ago and not only for EVR, pausing / restarting the playback can make the playback judder-free. This is a mediaportal issue only; mediaplayer classic doesn't have this problem.
I hope the enhancements in EVR will fix this
