Volume changing only works for primary sound card (1 Viewer)

If you have a secondary sound device and use it for video/music etc.. the volume up/down controls only operate the primary windows sound device. Also the clicking/start up sounds only play through the primary sound device.

Been meaning to complain about this for awhile.. don't tell me there's a fix/hack out there...

P.S there should a prefix for "global" problems or something..
