For Information, in configuration.exe,
Go to panel audio
change selectbox -> wave to master / Vista to othersswitch to others panel,
switch to panel audio : choice selected are not saved !

I have tested with new branch, setting are saved when you change (for example) from windows7 to xp (scale section).
Do you mean wave / master are not saved ?

And on clean/fresh Install, win7 setting is selected by default on win vista or higher windows

it's only when switch Audio panel to others,
if you change and click "OK", no problem, change are saved !
if it's fixed, Cool !
