Wait until TV Server has startet (1 Viewer)

Client is as writen above and the Server is a Proliant N36L.

On the Client settings under "Startup/Resume" is a Option called "Wait until TV Server has startet (autodetected)".

Is this usable when i have a separate Server?

Problem is that the Server has no STR, only Hibernate works and so the Wakeup needs some Time...
It would be perfect if i can use this Option to tell the Client to Wait until the Server is awake.

Have testet this already but it does not work. (Maybe because of the BETA??)

did you ever find a solution for this issue? I am struggling with a similar issue that the client wakes up earlier than the server and the delay option isn't working as well as I would like....

no. There is no Solution for this. The "Wait for Server" only works if Client and Server runs on the same Hardware.
I work with the "wait X seconds" option too....

mmmh, thats a pity...
it's just when you use the delay option and the client comes out of standby (rather than new start) it doesn't show the delay time it just sits there unresponsive (till the delay time is over).
On a new start of the client it shows the countdown but it doesn't look that nice to restart MP everytime at resume - I know all just cosmetic but since one is investing time and effort into getting a nice system together it would be great to get it smoother.
I wonder what other people with dedicated server do, or do they all use 24/7 servers?
