Want to add a Directory to My Videos (1 Viewer)

I have an external hard drive where I keep all my video files and i want all of them to show in My Videos on MediaPortal and I'm finding it unnecessarily hard to do this.

Someone please help before this drives me insane

Hi, welcome

Open MP Configuration
Expand the Video section
Select Video folders
Add the new location

rekenaars solution works but i personally prefer using Moving Pictures, it does a better job of displaying your movies and correctly identifying your movies.
Also you may want to come up with a good way of organizing your movies it will save you a lot of time. i have mine organized like this

I actually figured it out a few minutes before he posted, and then shortly after I stumbled upon MovingPictures lol.
It didn't expand on the first click so i thought that each category just had those basic options.

Now I'm just trying to figure out how to make everything load faster, like MovingPictures and My TV Series.
