Want to re-order Shutdown Menu (1 Viewer)

I want to re-order the options in the Shutdown Menu (called by Action_Shutdown or 99 in the xml) so that it goes Standby, Hibernate, Restart, Shutdown. I find the current order with Shutdown first carries too much risk of accidentally shutting down, whereas if the user accidentally goes to Standby it's much less of a problem and much quicker to get back to MP again.

Is there a file I can edit to re-order the options?

Yeah, I'd like to have the Shutdown option to be the last one as well.
