I've recorded shows for months without issue. I updated my TV Schedule daily.

My last three records have only lasted a minute. Examples follow. I select 9:59 to 11:01, and only 10:08 records. I select 9:59 to 11:01, and three minutes record ... 9:59, 10:15, 10:18.

Any ideas? My PC has not changed. Running Windows 10. Thanks.

Hello and welcome to the forum

    Any ideas?
I could speculate - perhaps bad weather has caused an antenna/aerial to move, or a cable has been knawed through by a rodent etc. etc. etc. However speculation can waste a lot of time. Please provide log files so we can see what's actually going on and quickly provide a specific and accurate resolution.

My PC has not changed. Running Windows 10.
    A friendly heads up...
Unless you've gone out of your way to prevent it, Windows 10 can and will autonomously install updates on a fairly regular basis. The majority of those updates are fine and helpful. However on occasion some have been known to cause problems with MediaPortal.

Thanks. I am attaching a log generated today. I do not know how to ready them, but it looks as if I should reinstall MediaPortal to get the Registry corrected?

I don't know how you're coming to that conclusion... but no, I would not recommend reinstalling MediaPortal.

To me it looks like the biggest issue is that your PC is sleeping while TV Server is or should be recording.
For example, consider "Quantico" - 17 April, 10 PM to 11 PM on WEWS-HD.
Your PC was sent to sleep (standby or hibernate) at 9:53 PM:
[2016-04-17 21:53:03,981] [Log ] [PowerEventThread] [DEBUG] - OnPowerEvent: PowerStatus: Suspend

    While asleep, it can't record.
The PC woke at 10:08 PM and immediately started recording successfully:
[2016-04-17 22:08:06,986] [Log ] [PowerEventThread] [DEBUG] - OnPowerEvent: PowerStatus: ResumeAutomatic
    ...
    [2016-04-17 22:08:24,037] [Log ] [scheduler thread] [INFO ] - Scheduler: Time to record WEWS-HD 10:08 PM-11:00 PM Quantico
    ...
[2016-04-17 22:08:28,011] [Log ] [scheduler thread] [INFO ] - card: WaitForFile - video and audio are seen after 0.1346747 seconds

However the PC went to sleep again just a few seconds later:
[2016-04-17 22:08:44,733] [Log ] [PowerEventThread] [DEBUG] - OnPowerEvent: PowerStatus: Suspend

...and didn't wake until the following evening:
[2016-04-18 19:15:14,535] [Log ] [PowerEventThread] [DEBUG] - OnPowerEvent: PowerStatus: ResumeSuspend

From that sequence you would have got a 15 second recording.

If you want the PC to sleep and wake automatically for recordings, you need to enable TV Server's PowerScheduler plugin.
Otherwise if you simply want complete recordings, you need to ensure that your PC doesn't go to sleep while TV Server is recording.

Thanks. I'll give one of those two choices a try.
