I have recently set up TV Server and all has gone well, Free to air Channels detected, timeshifting working fine, record works fine, EPG via Big Kev's plugin perfect, I am a happy man. I have a Digital Now Tiny Twin USB TV card, which has 2 onboard tuners. Both are detected in TV Server, and I have scanned for channels on both of them. I want to be able to watch TV whilst recording. Not sure if this is even possible with this setup, but I think it is. When I go to the EPG and select record, the red light goes on. I then exit back to the TV opening screen and change channels to watch another program. End of the show, and check my recorded program to find it has stopped recording as soon as I changed channel. Clearly I am doing something wrong, or there is a problem with my setup. I have run the BDA and DVB patches. My install is XP sp2. One of the patches runs fine and purports to register new files, but when I check dxDiag, the old files are back, is this the problem? Any help appreciated. [/QUOTE]
