Watchdog: Disable Step 3 button when using Launch MP (1 Viewer)

When using the Launch MP button, the Watchdog automatically performs the "collect logs and other stuff" step for you, but the button is still enabled after MP is shutdown. Pressing it during the (short) interval before the process starts automatically causes the collection to happen twice, which may or may not cause a problem (I didn't check to see if the ZIP file was ok or not), but is obviously undesirable.

The Step 3 button should be disabled when the Launch MP button is pressed...

The Step 3 button should be disabled when the Launch MP button is pressed...
