Watching TV on Network using Ceton 4 (1 Viewer)

A few years ago I was using MediaPortal, until Comcast required the use of a cable card. I switched to a Ceton 4 card, and at the time MediaPortal did not support this card. I am considering upgrading to Windows 10. Windows Media Center will no longer be available, so I am considering switching back to MediaPortal.

Currently I use 3 of the 4 tuners to watch and record TV on my HTPC. I use the 4th turner on my computer in another room. Does MediaPortal support this? Will I be able to have my HTPC on one channel while the other computer is watching a different channel?
