Way to choose screen to wake to? (1 Viewer)

I've just successfully setup my first MediaPortal install. I'm using the StreamerMP skin, and really like it. I'm still flushing out some bugs and learning, so I will be asking a few questions over time.

First one is, when I resume from sleep, MP opens where it last left off in the skin...mainly the StreamerMP exit screen. Is there a way to tell MP to go back to the main menu upon system wake?

Hi Marbles,

There is an option in the MediaPortal config (can't recall exactly off the top of my head) that tells MediaPortal to remember the last location when it resumes - you need to turn this option OFF then I believe you will be at the main menu (Home Screen) after a resume.

Yeah it's not easy to find...it doesn't stand out like you've indicated, but there is a setting in the General tab to "Allow remember last focused item on supported window/skin". I'm going to uncheck that option and see if that is it.
