Weather.com cannot be found - not a MP issue! (1 Viewer)

This is not a MediaPortal issue. I just cannot connect to the Weather.com server, even with a browser. This seems to be a problem of my internet service provider, Freenet Germany.

Synopsis:
The MyWeather plugin just stopped working some days ago. It worked flawlessly until then.
In the configuration, the "Add city" function doesn't work ("Failed to perform city search"). And in MediaPortal, the plugin is unable to download the weather data. (The green spinning "working" indicator doesn't stop rotating, then an error message appears; after that, the spinning doesn't stop until the error message has appeared a second time - I don't think it's supposed to act this way?)

It just seems like it cannot connect to the server, so this may be just a Weather Channel server problem (and maybe only for German weather data?).

Here's the part of the MediaPortal log showing the error:
