Weather plugin will not work (1 Viewer)

I've installed worldweather but it only shows N/A. Do I need to disable the weather plugin?

Did you configure it? (MP Config -> Plugins)

I believe I have but only what I believe is the minimum required.Should I have disabled the weather plugin? I get a message popup about inability to retrieve data from weather site.
