WebEpg work with a bug? MP 1.0.1 (1 Viewer)

WebEpg is working with a bug?
MP 1.0 in tvguide.xml the programm line was such view:
<programme start="20090415100000" channel="СТС-ctc@vsetv.com">
then i update MP to 1.0.1
and line became such view:
<programme start="20090415100000 +0400" channel="СТС-ctc@vsetv.com">
What is +0400 ?!??!
And from where this ???
I did not touch setup!!!

How is it displaying within MP TV guide?
Are there msgs in the WebEPG.log?

here is 2 log webepg files
one is the log MP 1.0
another is the log MP 1.0.1
with the same grabbing channel
The log looks fine but in tvgide MP 1.0.1 adds +0400

The problem is-
The new version WEBEpg uses time zone information from you computer windows time zone, But she does not understand summer and winter time.
error was in country grabbing xml file, time zone was GMT+3,
i remove GMT+3 and everything became good.
