WebMediaPortal displays only "Welcome" (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I installed on my pc MediaPortal to access my media (including TV) remotely.

I want to use WebMediaPortal. So I installed IIS Express, MPExtended and WebMediaortal.

I can connect to localhost: 8080 and log in but WebMediaPortal page is blank:
There is displaying the word "Welcome" only.

I want to know what I need to do to have my media on this page.

Have you set MPExtended up? Is there a settings link on the WebMP page?

Hi,

I was using a new user (that I have added myself in MPExtended).
When I log in as admin in WebMediaPortal I have more configuration options but still nothing about live TV.
So I set up these options and now, in the menu, I have "Films", but still nothing in the home page

And what I want is live TV...

EDIT: I logged in again with the user I have created and now it works fine
I dont know why but it is ok for me

TV streaming works fine but I can not connect with https. Only http works.

There is an option in MPExtended to enable https

If you have HTTPS enabled on IIS Express then there's no reason why WebMP shouldn't be able to use it

i was having the same exact issue...log into WebMediaPortal and only welcome page and settings page at localhost:8080

realized it was because i removed the standard admin account from MPExtended. I actually had it re-added in lowercase which didn't allow access to media content it seems.

no longer issue as i readded account in proper case and deleted the second account which was in lowercase. all other accounts also thus regained access.
