Recently I have seen some weird MP behaviour. I'm using the Blue Two Wide skin because I have my desktop setup to 1920 x 1080 (trying to match my TV). When I start MP it always seems to come up in 4 x 3 aspect ratio no matter how it was stretched prior to shutdown.

Anyway, I usually stretch it to approximate a letterbox aspect ratio. If I do this right after MP starts it works fine. But if I start the TV and then try to stretch the window things dont go well at all. MP does NOT refresh the window anymore, but the audio is unaffected. All other windows open on the desktop behave as expected. The only actions I can perform on the MP window is to move it or close it via the Windows close-box.

I've attached an image created with 'PrintKey'. Two seperate operations were performed that are visible in the image:

1) I attempted to stretch the window on the right side.
2) When I activated PrintKey it overlapped the lower right corner of the window and I dragged it out of the way.

I don't think this is normal behaviour, I don't remember seeing this behaviour on MP 0.2.0.0

MP has never liked being resized, with live TV running.

Cannot answer the other one, but may have been rectified this week in a svn (pretty sure one of the updates mention window not retaining it's memory).
