Lately I have some rather strange timing issues with playback on my htpc.

It seems that the video is displayed a bit faster than the audio, so that after a while, it's out of sync, and at the end, video freezes (as it's at the end) while audio still continues.

Don't know what caused this, I did have to replace my motherboard recently, and although not 100% sure, it started roughly after that change. (Playing on other clients is correctly synced, so it's not the video itself that's wrong)

Tried disabling the refreshrate changer, and the vertical sync on the gpu, but both didn't have any effect.

Other videos (from other websites, tv, or my movie collection) play fine though.

Logs from htpc and other client show no meaningful differences other than
    other client:
    Code:
    [08-26 21:22:35,869] [MPMain ] [INFO ] OnlineVideosPlayer got 30 FPS from MediaInfo
[08-26 21:22:35,887] [MPMain ] [INFO ] Changing RefreshRate for matching configured FPS: 29.97
    [08-26 21:22:36,539] [MPMain ] [INFO ] OnlineVideosPlayer: Duration 201.97 sec
    htpc:
    Code:
[08-26 21:30:40,302] [MPMain ] [INFO ] OnlineVideosPlayer: No cache file, skipping FPS detection via MediaInfo
    [08-26 21:30:40,782] [MPMain ] [INFO ] OnlineVideosPlayer: Duration 201.97 sec
    [08-26 21:30:40,819] [MPMain ] [INFO ] OnlineVideosPlayer got 30.00003000003 FPS from dshowhelper.dll after 0 sec

At both clients, monitor freq. is set to 60Hz, so no diffs there.

I'm a bit at a loss here, as what to try next.
    Has anyone an idea?

Well, it turned out to be the Hardware Decoder option in the LAV video settings.
When it's set to "Intel QuickSync" video is played too fast, while at DXVA2 (native) videos play correctly.

So this is probably something for @offbyone or @nevcairiel to fix.
