I just tried your MCE 1280x720 skin and I'm very pleased about it 
It's far better than the incorrect aspect ratio from the original MCE on my LCD-screen and I can see a lot more in the TV-guide. Thanks a lot for your skin!

thanks, i'm glad a few others have found what i've done useful. i have been keeping the skin up to date with each release for my own use, it wouldnt be very difficult to zip it up and make it public.
thanks for the offer of help, i'm thinking in the next few days i'll start a thread for the skin with a list of what's done and what i need help on. there is a lot left to finish up, there are a lot of sections of mp i dont use, so input from the rest of the community is welcome. and i could also use as many sets of eyes as i can to find the mistakes and make suggesstions on how to make it better.
