What to do if cannot get data? (1 Viewer)

I have some series where TVSeries does not seem to get details. I know TheTVDB has the series logged in because I used FileBot (and therefore TheTVDB) to rename the files accordingly, but I get no artwork/banner/details.

1 - The details I understand I can update myself manually. Is that correct?
2 - I can't find a way to manually add in the banner etc. I tried DVDart also but that didn't work for the ones where TVSeries finds nothing. What can I do?

It would be help full if you answer following questions:

1. Example on a serie that not is matched.
2. Have you tried to do it in the GUI Configuration?
   1. What does the GUI say? Match or No Match?
   2. Have you tried to manipulate the search string and search again?
