My current install (single seat tve3) is getting a bit old and I am about to upgrade but should I use the RC1 or the latest SVN. I am thinking the RC1 is just an older SVN just like any other so therefor I should use the latest not the RC1.

the problems I am hoping to fix are:
setting up a hybrid card stops it working (as seen in multiple post by others).

choosing to watch a channel (from the TV guide) while the program is recording watches the recording not the channel and therefor stops suddenly when the recording ends, it should use the time-shift buffer like TVE2 did or alternately automatically continue the channel when the recording ends.

Phone style keypad in some search place doesn't work properly

FM radio doesn't work

Analogue TV doesn't work (might not be a program bug, just very difficult to setup deliberately by design).
