Where to change the video rendering mode, i.e vmr9, vmr7 etc (1 Viewer)

Ive seen alot of people talking about using different rendering modes but having searched through the forums and the program settings for about an hour i cant find any sign of this stuff, where do i set it?

There is no setting for it anymore, MP always uses VMR9. Overlay has been completely removed in favour of stability.

ahh superb, thanks alot, so if my graphics card supports any acceleration etc it should be used by default as long as it is enabled in the drivers?

If you are using the latest version (RC4) you no longer have the option of which renderer. It is defaulted to the VMR9 rendered.

In previous versions you could do it in config under TV/DVD/Movies.

Yup. Those drivers you can configure in configuration.exe/Decoder Filters. Have fun! :wink:
