Which All in one Card for my MSI Mega (1 Viewer)

Hi all!
I own a MSI Mega 651.
I want to upgrade with an all in one card which has a good and by Mediaportal fully supported tv-tuner and a relatively fast graphics chip (has not to be high end)
The card should not be too noisy but can have a fan?
The case is relatively small so it hast to be a small and cool card.

Any suggestions?

Are they ok for my needs?

There have been problems with the AIW cards in MP, but I don´t know how much of them have been solved. I have a radeon 9600 with passive cooling. You could use the 2nd slot for a Hauppauge PVR 150. I would really go for something with hardware mpeg encoder. But that is not all in one. as you see in my signature i have a usb2 solution. I am fully content with it. That is, if you only have one slot and don´t mind the extra box.

As you also have a Mega PC: Can you tell me what Radeon 9600 card you exactly own? I'm unsure which cards fit in the case.

And: Anybody uses successful an All in one card?
