If you are looking for freeware - look at gimp http://www.gimp.org/ it can handle .png graphics.Another freeware program you can look at is Paint.NET (http://www.eecs.wsu.edu/paint.net/) it looks like it is an up and coming program, it also supports .png (note this was written with C#) but it is a little younger than GIMP, so it may have more hiccups than GIMP.Have fun!Mike
