Yep good point, anyone can use msconfig, because it comes with Windows. But the program I recommend is "Autoruns". Roughly speaking it does pretty much everything Autoruns does, but finds more and can be run from one user account to change settings on another too. I mentioned it a few posts back. It's like msconfig on steroids. Very, very good. And if you can use MsConfig then Autoruns will not be a problem for you.
