I understand that Microsoft.NET Framework 1.1 and 2.0 with all available updates are required, but are there any specific Windows "Services" that are necessary to achieve optimal results?
It would also be of equal value to understand why each "Service" is required by MediaPortal and what their functions are with respect this extraordinary software.
Thank you,
Martin
