which TVEngine3 (SVN) should i install together with MP 0.2.3.0 RC1 (no SVN)?
And does i need to install the TV-Server plugin from the TV-Engine?

Yes to the TVserver plugin, both need to be installed.

SVN prior to 14824 didn't show this memory hog/leak and stayed around 100-1300K

This is a quote from another thread which is currently running, so might be worth getting the TVE3 download prior to this one, You can always uninstall both TVserver\ plugin and update with newer versions a any time in the future, or revert back to a older working version for youself.
