...i have some irregular crashes of tv service. sometimes as soon as i turn on sky channel, or i can switch 3 or 4 times before it crashes. sometimes even the whole pc crashes (tv turns black, but the htpc is stil running...

If that is happening then please use the watchdog (info -->here<--) to grab a set of logs that will show us what is happening when the crash happens. The watchdog is *really* easy for you to use (it is the way that you should always grab logs) and for us (because we get all the information we need in one zip file). Just find the link in the MP folder in you start menu, choose option 1, click proceed, MP will start, reproduce the bug, let MP crash or close MP, post the zip file that is created here.
