Which XBMC skin would you rather see ported to MediaPortal? (7 Viewers)

2009-10-09: XTV has been replaced by Transparency in the poll. Thanks to the Super moderator for the change of the poll option!

There are a couple of pretty ones out there in the making. I've collected some screens here along with a poll to see which one is the most wanted port. I know that other pretty skins exist out there, but these presented here all are similar enough to what MediaPortal can do to make a port possible. Let me know if there's some hot skin you feel is missing from the thread/poll, and I'll see if I can add it in.

The coverflow from stark looks really cool but I don't think that will be possible with mp1...

Aeon Stark looks awesome but the movie info, to much data on to little space, i needs more breathing room.

I really, really like the look of Rapier. It does has a very similar palette to StreamedMP, but I really like the layout and the 'feel' of the skin.

Alaska is my 2nd favourite. To my mind there isn't a great light-coloured skin around for Mediaportal. The 'Music Wall' view is awesome but probably not re-creatable in full in MP1.

xtv - I find very boring

Aeon Stark looks like a Aeon/StreamedMP hybrid, which there is already a community effort for in StreamedMP thread. Personally I don't believe that it brings anything new to the table.

Feel free to leave comments, arguments about which skin should be ported etc. It's a nice way of bumping this thread and I won't have to go right stuff like this to do it.

I really love the stark and alaska skin. The Rapier and the XTV skin doesnt look very modern. The stark and the alaska skin, particullary the alska skin, uses fonts and fonts spacing in a way that i think a lot of skinners could learn from.

If I could, I would. But there's interest shown already from a "veteran skinner" already, so you won't have to endure my trial and error efforts.

Sorry, the poll can't be edited. But for those who want to "vote" for Transparency, just leave a vote for XTV instead and write comment saying you did. As there's been very little interest in XTV, I will simply remove it from the first post.
