[no Bug] White box on black screen after MP2 start (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I made a fresh install of windows 8.1 with media center. Then I installed latest Radeon and chipset drivers and then the latest MP2 version. When starting MP2 I see just a white box on black background.
Looking in the log files tells me, that there is something with DirectX, but I can not understand the rootcause. Furthermore I never had a problem with windows 8.1 and MP2 before.

following must be installed: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
"The Microsoft DirectX® End-User Runtime provides updates to 9.0c and previous versions of DirectX — the core Windows® technology that drives high-speed multimedia and games on the PC"

No idea, why this is necessary, I haven't installed with my last windows 8.1 and everything was working.
