. . . peddling Media Portal Multi Media Center for Windows XP NEW 2007???

The description states that "It is not a trial, upgrade or other feature disabled software. The software is the NEW 2007 Edition! Latest!"

I was not aware that 0.2.2.0 or 0.2.3.0 RC2 were anything other than trial-like-ware programs.

If this eBay seller is "truly" authorized, as is suggested (again) in the description ". . . we are authorized to distribute this disc and its contents," by TEAM MediaPortal, please except my apologies for the use of the word CLOWN.

On the other hand, if he/she is not, then perhaps its time for the TEAM to shut this CRETIN down!!

Actually, it isn't illegal for them to sell MediaPortal on eBay. Though I DO believe they are breaking copyright for using the pack shot (I believe Infinityloop owns the copyright to this).

It can be sold if including the source code... as for the copyright on the image, thats a different story
