Will not import: American Pickers?? (2 Viewers)

all others are inported just fine, just this one not :/
running tvseries plugnin and import wizard, same, it does not even pickup the file, so i cannot map them to something else
Im reporting a BUG here... tvseries show no matter data on tvdb or not, list the series and the file!

I thought you said that there were 18 files that it would not pick up, so is it now picking up the other 17?
If so what is different about this one - is it named in the same convention, is it a different file format / file extension / audio / video codec the same?

american pickers (inside 18 files recorded from tv, with my cabel tv recorder, just like others, the same type as others, nothing driffrent, same naming like other sereies)
Everything runes automatick, nothing is made manual, so files are the same formats, naming same type, folder same place.
the only driffrence is tvseries dont work with american pickers.
and in general, shot never not show something!
Show show everything, no matter if a website has info on it or not!

How are they named?
If you do not want to use thetvdb.com data, you could use the Videos section via shares view, perhaps that would work better for you?

Use a 3rd party solution to rename your shows properly then.
TheXem is a website that keeps track of the inconsitencies between 'scene', EPG, TVRage (now RIP) and what TheTVdB expects (which is what MPTVSeries uses).
If it does not match to TheTVdB then the episodes are ignored. They can still end up getting listed depending on your configuration, but sometimes the database gets corrupted/confused, and then they will be "hidden". Easy to fix if you know SQLite management, and there are many threads on here that will give you more details.
