    Hello

It sounds like this Windows update may have affected the Floppy/FireDTV or firewire controller drivers. If that's the case, there's nothing we can do about it.

I can only suggest to try reinstalling the update, ensuring that the OS is still using the legacy firewire driver, and rebooting. If the tuner still doesn't work, you should attach full log files for us to take a look... but like I said, if the problem is a driver problem, there'll be nothing we can do about it.

    Thanks.

The log files do not convince me that the problem has anything to do with any Windows update.

It seems to me that the first sign of the problem is here:
[2017-03-14 21:23:42,542] [Log ] [FireDTV CiMenuHandler] [DEBUG] - FireDTV: error reading CI state.

Then the problems really start after a suspend + resume cycle:
    [2017-03-14 21:32:13,662] [Log ] [PowerEventThread] [DEBUG] - TV service PowerEventThread received WM_POWERBROADCAST 4
[2017-03-14 21:32:13,680] [Log ] [PowerEventThread] [DEBUG] - OnPowerEvent: PowerStatus: Suspend
[2017-03-14 21:32:13,684] [Log ] [PowerEventThread] [DEBUG] - OnPowerEventHandler: PowerStatus: Suspend
    ...
    [2017-03-14 21:33:12,173] [Log ] [PowerEventThread] [DEBUG] - TV service PowerEventThread received WM_POWERBROADCAST 7
[2017-03-14 21:33:12,268] [Log ] [PowerEventThread] [DEBUG] - OnPowerEvent: PowerStatus: ResumeSuspend
[2017-03-14 21:33:12,358] [Log ] [PowerEventThread] [DEBUG] - OnPowerEventHandler: PowerStatus: ResumeSuspend

As previously recommended: you should ensure that the legacy Firewire driver is still being used then reboot the PC. Additionally, check your CAM is okay.

Did you check the legacy firewire driver and reboot the PC as instructed?

    To be clear:
    1. Install the update.
    2. Ensure that the legacy Firewire driver is still being used.
    3. Reboot the PC.
    4. If not working, provide new log files.

I'm having a similar problem with the latest Win10 update on a dual tuner PCIe card. When I choose a channel from the guide it crashes however it works just fine in Kodi so the problem isn't likely the TV Server but the main interface ..... When I have time I'll throw up some logs but I really don't have time to screw around with this right now ....
